You pay $499 upfront non-refundable fee, then when your property sells, you pay 2.9% commission if North Carolina Homes Realty brings the buyer. If another firm brings a buyer, the total maximum commission will be 3.9%. If you prefer FULL representation from start to closing with a Firm who will provide excellent service, complete all of your NC real estate contracts, disclosures, handle negotiations, & expose your property worldwide... this is the plan for you!

Low CommissionOur 3.9% Plan is the exact same service to the $499 plan but with no upfront fee. When your property sells, you pay 3.9% commission if North Carolina Homes Realty brings the buyer.
